DESCRIPTION

“Rennaissance”, is a customized Owner’s Version of this popular cruising sloop which combines spacious accommodation with excellent sailing performance. She has been beautifully equipped and carefully maintained by her knowledgeable owners and is being offered for charter for the first time this summer in one of the most coveted harbors on Buzzard’s Bay.

LAYOUT & ACCOMMODATIONS

Rennaissance has the two-cabin layout shown in the upper drawing. Large master cabin head is located forward with shower, vanity, head with holding tank and sump pump. Master cabin has double bunk to starboard, with settee and hanging locker to port.

Rennaissance has custom pillows & blankets for your comfort and pleasure!

The guest stateroom is a large double to port of the companionway with ensuite head and shower.

The main salon is spacious, comfortable and elegant with u-shaped settee to starboard and another settee to port.

Aft of the port settee is the nav station.

Galley is to starboard of companionway with gimbaled propane stove with oven, top and front loading refrigerator, large stainless steel sink, large counterpace and ample storage.

Sails and Rigging
In-mast furling Mainsail and RF Genoa on recessed drum.
Genoa tracks are on coach roof
All halyards and lines led aft to two sets of stoppers on coach roof, port and starboard with 2 large Lewmar #30 2 speed ST winches

Tankage
Fresh water: 175 gallons in 2 separate tanks
Diesel: 45 gallons

Perkins 50 hp with temp gauge, oil pressure and fuel gauge, RPM

• Raymarine Autohelm ST 6000 autopilot
