This one-owner sailboat was built in 1999 and delivered in 2000 and is in excellent condition due to frequent updates. The deck and cockpit are teak covered. The cockpit is fully enclosed to provide protection against the environment. a Mahogany finish below creates a warm atmosphere for the crew and guests. The forward stateroom includes a head with hot and cold water. 2 aft cabins contain 2 berths each. They have their own head with hot and cold water and a shower. Between the forward and aft cabins are the salon, a nav. station and the galley.

WATER SYSTEM

2 fresh water tanks (total capacity 90 gal), and a DC/ engine heated water heater providing hot water to the heads and showers located in the aft head and the swim platform.

HOLDING TANK

2 S/S 20 gal with Y- Valve for pump-out or overboard discharge

SAILS

150% furling Genoa with UV luff protection and a new (2016) full batten Main Sail. A Spinnaker Lift System is installed.

ELECTRONICS

The cockpit steering pedestal includes the primary instrumentation cluster. It consists of Raymarine Depth Sounder System ST 60, Speed and Log System, WSI/WDI Wind System with transducer and a new 92014) EV-200 Autopilot with controller , Icom M 127 VHF Radio with Hailer and a Raymarin Navigation Monitor which connected to the Radar System. The magnetic compass is also installed on the pedestal as well as the engine instrumentation.

The Nav.Station includes a new (2015) EPIRB 409, a backup Icom M 59 VHF radio, a backup Raymarine Nav. Monitor (repeater and stand-alone functions), an Alpine AM-FM Radio (new 2015), the circuit breaker panels for AC and DC and the Truecharge 40 Watt control panel. An Icom M 710 SSB with Antenna Tuner allows for worldwide communication. 2 new (2016) AGM House Batteries (Lifeline, 4DA, 210 AH each) provide the necessary power for all electrical equipment. A separate starting battery is dedicated to start the engine only.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT

The insulated S/S refrigerator is DC operated. A 1100 W Lewmar electric Windlass helps to retrieve the 21 kg S/S Plow Anchor which is connected by a 65 ft S/S chain and 300 ft 5/8 Nylon rode.
